I would strongly caution anyone considering this company’s “fly and park” service at King Shaka Airport. My vehicle was returned to me with damage that was not present when I handed it over. Because the vehicle was delivered late at night, no inspection was offered or carried out. The following day, I discovered a dent clearly consistent with damage occurring while the vehicle was in their care. I submitted a formal written complaint over two weeks ago, requesting an explanation, insurance details, and repair or compensation. Despite the seriousness of the issue, the company has chosen to completely ignore my complaint. Not even the courtesy of a response.

After collecting my car at airport, I immediately noticed two small dents on the doors, I reported to the management. A week later I get told that these dents were already there prior to their service. I pointed out that there was fresh polish visible on the dents that was used to remove the paint from the other vehicle.

I had items ****** from my vehicle. When report to Shirley, she indicated that I did not declare any valuables so they were not responsible for it. terrible customer service. If a business like this cannot be trusted then it won't be around for a long time.

Just collected my vehicle from King Shaka Airport, Durban. I used a company called Fly and Park Pty Ltd (Reg No: 2015/166929/07) - they had my car for three days. On collection, I could see that the passenger side mirror had been badly damaged - the motor inside was running continuously and the internals damaged - clearly due to impact against something. This obviously wasn't the case when I handed the car over to Fly and Park - they conducted an inspection prior to taking the car into their possession. I spoke to Shirley who was completely disinterested and very rude. She demanded that I pay her invoice of R 350, when the damage to my car will be in excess of R 10k. She and her supervisor at the airport of course denied any knowledge of the damage and said I must have handed them the car in a damaged state. I will certainly not recommend them to anyone.

This review is about Fly and Park at King Shaka Durban Airport. Shirley, Dimple and team were amazing. I was initially skeptical because their quote was much lower than others, but their service was outstanding. The return flight returned earlier than expected and the driver was still ready and waiting, with a clean vehicle and kept me updated throughout the process.

I have used Fly and Park at Looking4Parking at King Shaka airport in Durban twice now, and was very happy with the service. The staff is punctual and polite. I was also able to change a drop off time with no hassles at short notice. Lovely to pick up a clean car, with no extra miles on the clock. Very reasonably priced service. Thank you Fly and Park

Disappointing. They bumped my car, promised to pay for the damages. I sent them the quote, they didn't reply. I followed up with them, had to threaten them with lawyers, saw them in person. Nothing. No reply. Just ignoring me. R30 000 damage, they never owned up or helped. Didn't even pay the gap from insurance. Borderline criminals, do not use this company. On other reviews I see this is not the first time.

Vehicle was not washed and cleaned. When I went through the tollgate to Dbn and adjusted my rear view mirror, the whole housing came off. How the hell did you get that right Fly and Park? When I contacted Shirley she arrogantly replied that any discrepancies was supposed to reported immediately before the vehicle leaves the terminal. Who checks every little thing on the vehicle??? Be warned, you are taking a huge risk. Next time I would rather pay extra and know my car is safe... Cheers Fly and Brake-your-car!!!
