It has now been three weeks since I first reported that my dishwasher is faulty. A technician attended shortly thereafter and confirmed that the heating element is defective. As the appliance is less than six months old, I was advised that it qualifies for replacement. Despite this, no action has been taken to date. This delay is unacceptable. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, I am entitled to a replacement for a defective product within six months of purchase, and I will not accept a refund or repair in this instance. I am still waiting.....
After collecting my car at airport, I immediately noticed two small dents on the doors, I reported to the management. A week later I get told that these dents were already there prior to their service. I pointed out that there was fresh polish visible on the dents that was used to remove the paint from the other vehicle.
Holding onto an online query line for half an hour currently and counting. Crazy that an IT orientated company has such poor service.
First lodged my claim via my broker AON almost two months ago... Leaking roof which was repaired by a Sanlam appointed contractor two years ago, appears similar problem has reappeared. Sanlam promise me every week to resolve and then to escalate but ultimately nothing has happened. Extremely frustrating...
