I would strongly caution anyone considering this company’s “fly and park” service at King Shaka Airport. My vehicle was returned to me with damage that was not present when I handed it over. Because the vehicle was delivered late at night, no inspection was offered or carried out. The following day, I discovered a dent clearly consistent with damage occurring while the vehicle was in their care. I submitted a formal written complaint over two weeks ago, requesting an explanation, insurance details, and repair or compensation. Despite the seriousness of the issue, the company has chosen to completely ignore my complaint. Not even the courtesy of a response.
Watch out for Alpine Volkswagen Hillcrest when they offer you extended service plans. They offered me an extended service plan on my VW Polo, said that it would include the next two services as well as the replacement of the cambelt which amounts to around R14000. I accepted the offer and paid for the extended service plan. When we took the vehicle for the next service, they advised us that it was too early to replace the cambelt and that they will replace it with the next service. When we took it for the next service on 13/05/2024 they informed us that it has passed the Kilometres that fell in the service plan and that we had to pay the R14000 for the cambelt. I feel deceived and **** to and will never do business with Alpine VW Hillcrest ever again. I was planning on trading in the Polo and upgrading to a VW Tiguan but Volkswagen will not get any business from me in the future if they treat their clients like this.
Very disappointed with Avis Van Rental Kokstad. Rented a Toyota Hilux Bakkie, they gave me the vehicle with just over half a tank of diesel. When I returned the vehicle they charged me for a full tank of diesel, after they took more than 15 days to return my deposit (they said it will be returned within 10 days). Avis Kokstad office never answer their phones, when I escalated it to Avis they had no idea of what was going on. I will not recommend Avis Kokstad to anyone, Avis South Africa also does not do much to help in this regard. I will not ever use them again.
Pathetic service and treatment of customers, flights being cancelled last minute. Automatically put on joint flights which gets delayed by hours. Would not recommend anyone to fly with British Airways!
MTN Coverage department is pathetic. Logged a call for poor network coverage in the area I live in. Every time I follow up they have a new excuse why the technician has not come to check what is wrong. It’s been 3 months since I logged the call.
<p>First of all i got a quotation for the interior repair of my vehicle. Then i received an email that my quotation was rejected from The Unlimited. After finding out why it was rejected i went to the panelbeaters to give me another quotation for stiching work which they said and i quote " I do not see a problem with stitch repairs which will be market related to repair". But then again my quotation was rejected. After sending them their own emails back stating that they said there is no problem with stitch repairs, they send me an email back saying they will look in to it a month ago and still no response....... The client service of this company is pathetic and i wont recommend anyone to become part of this service.</p>
