I had items ****** from my vehicle. When report to Shirley, she indicated that I did not declare any valuables so they were not responsible for it. terrible customer service. If a business like this cannot be trusted then it won't be around for a long time.
Your catch up for sport is pointless if its not updated shortly after the live game has finished. It now over 7 hours after the Man Utd vs Atletico Madrid game has finished and the highlights has still not been done. UP YOUR GAME!
i contracted Vikela to remove and reinstall the electric fence on our property as we were upgrading the boundary wall. Laura was my point of contact. They had removed the fence and brackets, and reinstalled approximately 65% of the fence. The balance could not be done as the wall upgrade was not completed. I informed Laura that I would call her and let her know when that can be done. I had contacted her and we arranged to meet on 10 September 2020 to discuss the completion. No one pitched. over the next couple weeks I called numerous times. but not a single call was returned. I eventually had to get another company to complete their work which cost a lot more. Last week I decided to call her from a private number and the call was answered. Her excuse was "Sorry i got busy." Had I done a proper check on this company prior I would have found multiple reviews on this company that would have signalled red flags however I didn't. Do not fall into the same trap I did. Stay away from this business. Their pricing maybe better than the others but there's a reason for that.
Terrible service received from this business. I ordered a Flow Pro massager from Flow Sports via Takelot on 12 October 2020. Prior to doing so, I contacted Flow Sports as I had a few questions on the product. I spoke with their representative Kisento. I was happy with the answers I received hence I placed the order. It was a 2 week delivery time. On 20 October I received an email from Takealot informing ,me that the order was cancelled as the supplier doesn't have stock. I called Kisento to ask him what was going on and he then informed me that the did not see the order on their Takelot portal and hence it was automatically cancelled. I was asked by him to place the order again and assured it will be shipped out as there was stock on hand. So I did so on 22 October. Between 22 October and 3 November, I contacted him via Whatsapp numerous times to ensure that the order was in fact received this time. No response was received. After telling him how unhappy I was with the terrible service I was receiving, I was told "I don't know how you have the audacity to come at me when you haven't even placed the order directly on my website." My order was then cancelled yet again on 9 November. Think twice before you waste your time with this company.
<p>Booking the 11th floor venue for my wedding reception was the best decision i could have made. Not only were we blessed with exceptional views of Umhlanga, but the managers Corrie, James and his team literally saved my event as i was let down by a supplier. Such lovely people who care about what they do and how they do it and who they do it for. You wont go wrong with Coastlands. </p>
<p>Phillip Theophilus is the biggest mistake we made for our wedding.</p> <p>He promised us the world in the months leading up to our wedding, on the day his poor planning and empty promises were evident.</p> <p>To name a few of the things that went wrong:</p> <p>1. Warped legs on chairs which people fell off<br /> 2. Broken, dirty, wet cushions on tiffany chairs<br /> 3. Dirty carpets<br /> 4. Wrong colour/curry stain tablecloths, which were also wet<br /> 5. Missing and dirty crockery at some tables<br /> 6. Use off cut material as napkins<br /> 7. 3 different centre pieces as he was unable to get the ones we requested<br /> 8. No spotlights or intelligent lighting as requested<br /> 9. He changed the colour of the flowers requested<br /> 10. Switched off his phone on the day<br /> 11. Started to set up the event four hours before the guests arrive, after telling us he will start set up at 12pm the night before and work throughout the night.</p> <p>12. Bad time keeping. Set up for my night before was complete 15mins before the event started <br /> </p> <p>He claimed he has 96 permeant staff members and four warehouses but only allocated 4-6 staff to our event.</p> <p>Phillip Theophilus- The Wedding Planner is a classic example of someone who was good at what they did but has lost interest and produces work that is a health risk to the community.</p> <p>Umhlanga Temple warned us about him, told us that they had banned him, we fought to get him back in, thinking we would give him a chance. That should have been a major warning sign.</p> <p>He is now also banned for events at Coastlands, Umhlanga Temple again, and we believe Sibaya as well. When venues as prestigious like those want nothing to do with a supplier, you know something has to be wrong.</p> <p>Off the 3 events we hired him for, none of them executed correctly to a detailed brief provided.</p> <p>Please don't get conned by this man like we did. Ask people in the wedding industry about him first if you are considering booking him.</p> <p>My suggestion, when you hear his name, run, very fast, very far away.</p>
I was interested in buying a car that JP Auto had advertised on [URL Removed] i called and made enquiries by speaking to Ben, on a monday. i requested the vehicles VIN and AA report which was available, and he said he will email it to me. countless calls, emails and 7 days later i still had not received anything. i go to the to dealership, which is very unorganized. ben cant doesn't seem to know his hand from his foot. the car wasn't there. apparently an employee used it the previous night and still wasn't at work by 12pm. i requestED to see the log book so i can call the manufacturer to confirm warranty on the vehicle but was refused to let me have it. then i see the AA report on the car which was done 7 months ago. in 7 months the dealer had still not sold the car. this was very suspicious. again i asked for the log book but was refused. these guys seem to be doing some dodgy business. BEWARE.
