DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
Sent tTata truck to JP autoelectrical Steeldale for repairs on alternator. They advised me that alternator cannot be repaired and fitted another unit which was modified for application without our consent .. thereafter vehicle was not working properly. had 4 x breakdowns due to this modified alternator. Cost R 2650.00 JP auto remains adamant that this alternator was correct. We then advised them that we will be taking the vehicle to another repairer to check. they were ok with it. The other repairer replaced a part on our original alternator which cost R 500.00 and vehicle is working perfectly. On enquir with JP Auto Electrical on our refund, they declined claiming that they wiil not refund as they still believe that they are just in doing so even though they took their alternator back so we paid for something that didnt work and also which we returned... hence we are left with NOTHING... WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS >>>>>>>

Second Hand Dealer selling cars that is on the owner's name.
I had a Renault Clio Reg: JDL 937 MP, that was swoped in June 2017, It was Swoped to Mr. Tobie And Dorothy Daphne Spies Id nr. 880 ********** 089. Vryday 15 September 2017 the car was sold to Jp's Auto Second Hand Dealer in Middelburg. Mr. Tobie said the car is on there dealer stock and off my name, but now this morning that I wanted to register a car on my name by the Licensing department in Centurion, It showed that the Renault is still on my name. I contacted the JP's Auto Dealer and they told me the car was sold on Saterday 16 September 2017. Can Any one help me sort this out Today?

POOR SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK ,
Good day , <br> <br> I saw a car advised on [URL Removed] which was a toyota corolla 2013 1.6 proffesional @ 50 000 km for R135000.I immediately called PHUTI 079 1600 939 , SUNNY 073 8285 894 OR OFFICE LINE 011 074 8855 and they all assured me the car was available.<br> i was sent the application form which i sent back the form with the copy of my id, payslip, drivers licence. proof of address and bank statements and that was on the 18 /09/2015<br> I was approved for finance by ABSA on the 19/08/2015 , i then advised them to take the car to my husband for viewing on the same day and till today nothing has been done.<br> when i contacted them on the 19th Phuti assured me the car its on its way to my husband, later on i called them and none of them is answering their calls.I send both of them an email advising them that i am no longer interested in the car any-more since they are dodgy. No one replied back to my email.My worry is they have my information and they might do fraudulent activities with my information.<br> I would like to get a confirmation from the dealership assuring me that my information is safe and also i would like to get an apology from the owner.<br> <br> Worried <br> Thupana <br>

Very dodgy dealership
I was interested in buying a car that JP Auto had advertised on [URL Removed] i called and made enquiries by speaking to Ben, on a monday. i requested the vehicles VIN and AA report which was available, and he said he will email it to me. countless calls, emails and 7 days later i still had not received anything. i go to the to dealership, which is very unorganized. ben cant doesn't seem to know his hand from his foot. the car wasn't there. apparently an employee used it the previous night and still wasn't at work by 12pm. i requestED to see the log book so i can call the manufacturer to confirm warranty on the vehicle but was refused to let me have it. then i see the AA report on the car which was done 7 months ago. in 7 months the dealer had still not sold the car. this was very suspicious. again i asked for the log book but was refused. these guys seem to be doing some dodgy business. BEWARE.
