Wonderboom Spar

Never in my life have 1 ever had this bad experience with any retail. I have placed an order at 2pm Yesterday (Sunday) estimate delivery 3 and 4. At 4.30 I got an sms that it will be after 5. I phone the store to find out what the hold up was. The lady that answered the phone has no phone training at all. Talking to me like I am the stupid 1 and that I must just wait for my order. After I told her that she can cansel the order if its going to arrive after 5. She just put the phone down while I was still explaining that the order is for my daughter. I phone back and asked for the manager. The manager assured me the order will be with me shortly.

I received al the message that it was picked up and on its way.

I received my order 19.04 pm Never ever in my life I Wil use them again. And believe me I love my spar shops. But Wonderboom must send all their staff for training and start over. Bad bad bad.
