I recently had difficulty activating my cellphone banking app and was assisted by Bella at the Wonderpark FNB Branch. Not only did she solve a rather large problem, but she went out of her way to recommend and assist me towards earning a lovely interest amount with a simple adjustment to my account. So friendly and kind, she has really set the bar higher towards customer service at FNB!! Thanks Bella!

I took a cell phone contract at Telkom Wonder park, just within a prescribe time of manufactures gurantee the device simply flashed a couple of times, and died. Upon a submission of the device at the store, the device was inspected by a sales person for external damage of which non was found only later to be told the device had fallen. I have had an extensive communication with the area manager who promised that the devise would be fixed. Only later for the story to change that I must pay access to be fixed by the insurance, it didn't make sense to me to make matters worse the insurance the i said I last made a payment on the same day I purchased of the device. I stopped paying the installment as a result. Cell phone companies encourage us to take insurance so that they are not accountable, I've never refused to pay my installments, their records can confirm what's unfortunate is the arrogance of which they conduct business, I am now blacklisted as a result.

Security woman at the mall ruined my shopping. My child was pushing a trolley. A security woman came and abused my child telling her she will rest her for pushing a trolley like she was pushing it. Really, an 8 years old? In stead of looking for ****s who rob people in the mall security at the mall goes around abusing kids. A security guard with red lipstick I wonder if she will be able to even run after ****s. I don't think I'll ever go shopping there ever.

Around 18:30 or 18:40 I got trap inside the lift that decided to stop working, alone and in a heat that I could not breath properly because I was panicking and first time experience. I switched on my phone torch to look for an emergency button, I pressed once, no communication pressed twice, I think I buzzed more than 5 times till some rude lady told me to stop buzzing as I am finishing the airtime. I was not sure which airtime as I didn't call anyone via phone, I asked the lady does she know the danger I am in she rep**** saying yes we heard you and we have called the technician, she repeated again talking about artime. As I checked the lift has a speaker so where does airtime fit in or airtime belongs to her.i told the lady what I die inside while she is busy with airtime.According to her my health meant nothing to her, I started panicking as it was dark, hot and took some 5+ minutes for the lift to work again.If security at wonderpark is how they treat customers might as well close. My life over artime of the lift.i think is volsec security guard, I can't say it was because of ladshedding no, kindly find the lady and I want a written apology regarding me chowing her lift airtime.

Extremely poor service. Prescription sent from Doctors are not uploaded on system. My dad requires urgent Cronic medication but the prescription was never uploaded. Also my father in law battles every month to receive his chronic medication. Sometimes he is short supplied and promised to be delivered but they never deliver. My father in law have a speech impediment due to a stoke and struggles to talk. Because of poor service from Dischem he must go in and try to resolve the problem. This is totally unacceptable service.

I want to thank Wonderpark Shopping Centre from the bottom of my heart for assisting its tenant Pick 'n Pay with the social distancing process during the SASSA payment days for the aged and disabled beneficiaries. They were comfortably and neatly seated on chairs at a distance of more than 1 meter between them in the center. It's very clear that the center and Pick 'n Pay are taking the current health crises seriously and truly care for the aged, disabled and their clients in general. I will definitely #SupportLocal by shopping at Wonderpark Shopping Centre and Pick 'n Pay!

I was robbed at Wonderpark Shopping center on 10 December 2019 by the Checkers, I immediately went to the security to ask for help and they sent me to the manager Faith (Checkers) that is supposed to assist me, I asked Faith to help me and please find the ladies or see what side they went, but she refused to assist me in any manner as I need a SAPD case number, the same with Wonderpark mall security, I explained that they had just stolen my whole handbag including my phone, car keys, all my bank cards and all my belongings that I had in my handbag, so I had no way of phoning the bank or the police and she refused to help me, I then took my 5 year old daughters hands and we started to run to the nearest FNB ATM to try and cancel my cards, but the nearest one was all the way on the other side of the mall, by the time they cancelled my cards it was too late, they had hacked my phone and withdrew all my money in my account, the FNB assistant helped me to call my husband and mother and the SAPD, and as I went back to Checkers to meet with my mother I it was revealed to me by Faith and the Security at the door, as well as the security guard from Wonderpark Mall that I was not the first victim and that made me extremely upset. I do not understand how Wonderpark Shopping Centre can be so negligent when it comes to mall safety, how is there no protocols regarding theft, why is your security not trained to assist the clients and help to locate the people with the stolen hand bag, it is not as if it was a small phone it was a hand bag, there must have been a way to locate the hand bag before they could get away, they went to a teller so why not check all the people standing at the tellers with a description of my handbag. Furthermore, I am extremely disappointing in the fact that I am not the first person this has happened to and it is confirmed by Faith and the security and the security guard at Wonderpark mall that this has happened several times before, so why did the mall not do anything to prevent this event from happening again and insert appropriate protocols? Is your security there just to protect you the Mall and not your clientele?
