I took a cell phone contract at Telkom Wonder park, just within a prescribe time of manufactures gurantee the device simply flashed a couple of times, and died. Upon a submission of the device at the store, the device was inspected by a sales person for external damage of which non was found only later to be told the device had fallen. I have had an extensive communication with the area manager who promised that the devise would be fixed. Only later for the story to change that I must pay access to be fixed by the insurance, it didn't make sense to me to make matters worse the insurance the i said I last made a payment on the same day I purchased of the device. I stopped paying the installment as a result.
Cell phone companies encourage us to take insurance so that they are not accountable, I've never refused to pay my installments, their records can confirm what's unfortunate is the arrogance of which they conduct business, I am now blacklisted as a result.
