Unhealthy

I have never experienced such bad service from a person that calls himself a manager. There is an Asian restaurant that sells great food in Pretoria Brooklyn. The kitchen is transparent so you can see the people who make your food. All other chefs are wearing the proper gear and have a bandana on the head, but the head chef has nothing and he has long hair, he kept on touching his hair and making food, wiping snot and touching food, not once had he sanitized or washed his hands!!!! I complain only for the manager to tell me that it's not a must for them to wear anything, imagine! I want to take this to the health department/ or inspectors as it's unprofessional and unacceptable!!!
