Cupboard door unhinged after two months

My poor review relates to the product breaking soon after purchase, and poor aftersales service.

I ordered two custom wardrobes to be made in September 2024. All dealings were over Whatsapp and the individual assisting me was helpful, going so far as to have the workshop team match the colour of the wardrobes to paint chip colour references that I sent. The wardrobes were also delivered within the timeframe given, and looked good and sturdy on delivery.

However two months later (November) one of the hinges on the door came off (detached from the cupboard) and the door can now only opened a small degree. I messaged the individual I had dealt with and was told twice that their workshop team was inundated with work orders, and would get in touch to arrange a time to fix the cupboard. By December this had still not happened, and calls or texts to the WhatApp number go unanswered.

I paid in full and on time, and for the cupboard to have broken so soon is unacceptable. Furthermore it presents a safety hazard at it used by my elderly mother (82yrs old), who would not be able to support the weight of the door should it fall off completely while she tries to open it.
