Unfair treatment

On Wednesday the 22nd of April I had an appointment with the dietician at Parkview mall intercare ,I made a call to inform the receptionist that I might be late due to a congested traffic flow and that was 11h30 am and after a few minutes I got a call from the receptionist asking how long will it take me arrive and I said in 15 to 20 minutes and she said yes it's ok,fair enough while I was still on my way she called n I said I'm in the building and she asked if I will be at the practice in 5 minutes and then I said yes as I was already on the escalator to go in which was less than 5 minutes. Then I arrived there only to be told to go back home and reschedule my appointment because she already put the patient in my place and I asked if she can't help me on that patients place and she refused even though I explained the reason for my late coming and I told her I used my last R100 to travel there but she didn't want to even listen but turned me away and said I must come back the following day with what coz I used the money I borrowed to honor the appointment.

Therefore I feel the treatment was not fair.my name is Patricia muntu adams
