Suspended bank account without my knowledge or consent and no help provided
Employees treated badly by the store manager in front of the customers, as a customer im shocked to say the manager at this restaurant is very rude and disrespectful towards the staff members calling them names which is not allowed by labour law.honestly speaking this is bad behavior for a manager and I believe he must be addressed accordingly or be fired because that tarnishes the business reputation.
On Wednesday the 22nd of April I had an appointment with the dietician at Parkview mall intercare ,I made a call to inform the receptionist that I might be late due to a congested traffic flow and that was 11h30 am and after a few minutes I got a call from the receptionist asking how long will it take me arrive and I said in 15 to 20 minutes and she said yes it's ok,fair enough while I was still on my way she called n I said I'm in the building and she asked if I will be at the practice in 5 minutes and then I said yes as I was already on the escalator to go in which was less than 5 minutes. Then I arrived there only to be told to go back home and reschedule my appointment because she already put the patient in my place and I asked if she can't help me on that patients place and she refused even though I explained the reason for my late coming and I told her I used my last R100 to travel there but she didn't want to even listen but turned me away and said I must come back the following day with what coz I used the money I borrowed to honor the appointment. Therefore I feel the treatment was not fair.my name is Patricia muntu adams
I opened a life cover policy with 1life for over 2yrs now, been paying my premiums on time and to my surprise I was informed that it's an accidental cover which I pay over R400 a month n I remember very well that the reason why I want a life cover is due to the condition I have whereby Myway declined my request n why would I want to pay so much for an accidental cover whereas I have other policies that covers for that, so I requested 1life to refund my premiums and now they send me call recording which I know what it entails and now they are quite therefore can someone please help me I just want my money back that's all
On the 06june 2022 I made a transfer into the wrong cell phone number and few hours upon realising that I contacted nedbank to advise them of the error and the consultant that I spoke to confirmed to me more than once that the money was not withdrawn n won't be withdrawn as the pin number will be blocked but days later I received the below sms from the bank telling me that the money was withdrawn the same date at night after I was told that it won't be therefore I made a call to nedbank to enquire abt the money and I was told sorry we can't help u and next time u must be careful. That is the sms from the bank Nedbank: As per service request 57702802 your query has been resolved. We are unableable to reverse your Cardless cash transaction to cell number 0660109967 on the 06/06/2022 09:08:52 am, as the Voucher was withdrawn on the 06/06/2022 04:06:57 pm . Our apologies for the inconvenience.
I bought frozen chicken fillets yesterday the 23rd April 2020 which had an expiry date of 01 May 2020 so when I got home only to find them off with a funny smell so this morning I took them back no question asked or apology n when I was at the shop yesterday there was chicken that was already expired on the 21st of April but still being sold so health inspectors must visit that shop before people dies of rotten meat.
