Bad experience at Foschini Woodlands Boulevard, ma was very rude. I exchanged the coat and they forgot to swipe my account. Two days later I go a call that they didn't swipe my account so that means I got the coat for free. I was kind enough to go back to the shop by that time I didn't have money or credit and I was told to leave the jacket. I told the manager I can't leave the jacket because it was out of stock and I can't risk loosing the jacket, it's either they wait for month end so that I can pay my account and buy it as soon as I get the credit. I'm a loyal customer to foschini, 80% of my clothes I buy at Foschini Woodlands Boulevard weekly even the staff knows me very well. But after the bad service that I got from the manager I'm even considering of paying off my account and close it. The manager made me feel like a *****, forgetting that I didn't ***** the jacket. I had a choice of not returning the jacket but I was kind enough to go back and fix the mistake. The manager is very rude, disrespectful and ***********. I don't think I will ever shop at Foschini Woodlands Boulevard..
