Woodstock Cycles pathetic service

Took my bicycle there to be serviced, mentioned that there is a creaking sound when pedaling. Collected the bicycle a few days later only to find the creaking still there. Returned the bicycle again and collected after a few days, no difference. I then phoned Johny and he said to bring it again. I told him i cannot as it is very far to him and i have already travelled there and back twice. His response was "sorry". When I tried to discuss the matter further he blocked me.
