Disappointing and concerning experience

Woof Spa arrived over an hour late (1 hour and 10 minutes). When they finally did arrive, the staff didn’t introduce themselves or try to make me or my dog feel comfortable. I was very uneasy having to hand over my dog into a closed container where I couldn’t see what was happening.

After the session, my dog was visibly traumatised. She was withdrawn, jumpy, and even started nipping when we tried to touch her - something she has never done before. This is completely out of character and deeply upsetting. This is still continuing and I don’t know how long it will last.

I regret paying the full R400, especially given the lack of professionalism and the emotional toll on my pet. I won’t be using their services again.
