So much in pain and being sent from pillar to post all just for claim number

I got injured on the 1st of August, it has not been registered. It’s 8months I’m due do a surgery and have been sent back cause the case has not registered I’ve been e-mailing calling the just gave this number 1502601500. And case number is 5000179568, always provide this number
