Last month, I bought a radio from World of Electronics, and unfortunately, the radio was not working from the start. I returned it within two days, on the same day I bought it, hoping for a resolution.
Now, after following up, I informed them that I no longer want the radio and would like a refund. To my shock, they refused to refund me and told me I must take the radio back "by force," which is unacceptable.
The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude, both when I returned the product and during the recent phone call. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and how this matter has been handled.
I expected a simple and fair resolution, but instead, I was met with disrespect and an unwillingness to help. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
