Tomorrow is exactly a month since my phone got damaged. Telkom did not inform us the constomers that they changed the service provider. WWSA is the worst service provider I have come across.
I spent weeks trying to put in a claim and I have to constantly follow up for any update.
I requested multiple times to speak to a manager and when I finally spoke to one I received a message that my claim was authorised, they did not even say whether for repairs or replacement. I paid the excess and still no turn around time on my device. I'm so disappointed with the service, Tomorrow marks a month without a phone, I don't know what to do anymore
