I hired a car on the 9th of December 2021, but I took the car on the 10th and returned it as agreed on the 13th of December 2021. I was checked by the same guy that checked it before I took it. The car was inn good order, he printed the document reflecting my R4 000 refund. He reminded me that refunds take 14 days, he told me that I will get it on 31st Dec 2021. on the 2nd of Jan 2022 I sent SMS to 084 610 0031, On the 3rd I sent an email to durban@wozanicarretal.co.za. They never responded. On the 4th I went to the office, I reminded him about my refund. He said he made a mistake it will e paid o the 6th because they were not working from 25th Dec to 3rd of Jan 2022. that made no sense to me, I asked why they dont respond to my messages. He told me the he could not get hold of the business owner. Realizing that there is something wrong, I wrote a letter of demand and gave it to the receptionist. Since, I left that letter on the 4th of Jan, I did not receive any response. in the following week, I contacted my lawyers, They called and sent email in mid January. Now it is almost February, Im not getting my refund and they are not even saying a word. Now, I dont know what else to do.
