Worse customer service

I took a car with them 29 of August 2023 and still now I'm driving unlicensed vehicle, they send me the old plate with a registration of cape town with a expired disc, Im working in MP and I stay in FS, im traveling a lot and I'm getting stopped by traffic officers everytime. The issue was reported to thier office and they told me they will make a follow up. Now it's November the 12th and still I haven't heard anything from them. When I call my calls are not answered and I'm paying R9000 for rental without any issues.. Im even planning to dispute the debit order coz they not interested in assisting me and they have belittle me. I regret the time I called them for a car... And since they know most of us who approach them we are desperate that's why they treat us like ****. I'm praying to have a deposit and get a new company that will take me serious.
