Why was my previous review removed because it was nothing but the truth? These people want me to pay for service not rendered they switched off their car on the 24th of December and they expect me to pay R14000 plus from the 20th of December to the 20th of January while the vehicle is with them and have not made use of it from the 24th of December so what exactly am i paying for if they have the car with them? now they are threatning to inform my employer for what for trying to rob me? go ahead you must think i dont know my right i'm well aware of my consumer and human right i did go to school.

No matter how desparate you are dont get into contactual agreement with this company they are bunch of ****** with 0 business ethics, they will try by all means to ***** every cent you have their stuff is *********** it is an extreme sport to deal with them you would swear they dont even have Grade R as level of education, rather go for traditional finance or if you dont qualify use the service called Flexclub, you wont regret.

<div>I signed a rent to buy contract with this WRCSA, Gezina in mid July 2024.All things seemed on par with the service they advertised. I realised that the right light and and indicator don't function so they took the car to go "fix it" and returned it not fixed. I let it go because I had to get on the road. While on that trip the car refused to go in gear unless I use the might of both my hands to shift gears. This happend while driving. I contacted them and they said they will give me a rental. They offered me a car with an empty tank and said I must fill it up as they are just taking the car to their mechanic next door. I took it to a garage and they said it needed brake fluid oil to shift the gears. Now, two days ago, the car switched off, limp mode while driving in LIMPOPO. BETWEEN 2 TRUCKS😭 They refuse to answer the emails and phone calls as well as the texts I sent the agent. They took advantage of a desperate female looking for a vehicle for work. I have young children that only depend on me to return home to them everyday and provide. Now the car completely shut down and requests an Authentication number. No one is taking my calls and my work trip is through and I must get on the road. I'm so heartbroken because they already took their R9k installment and it's only the beginning of the month. The car even has a DEKRA Approved sticker. </div>

I would like to warn everyone out there desperate for a car do not go to we rent cars they are ****mers, i paid R24000 deposit and from day 1 the car was making a lot of noise driving like it was dragging s**** metals and i reported this issue, they send me to a service provider to get a full report and they were advised the issue was the brake pads which were finished and the brake discs and also the alternator belt hence the loud noise from the car, the WRC advised i'm liable for the full repair cost as these are wear and tear issues, what nonsense is that really?

I took a car with them 29 of August 2023 and still now I'm driving unlicensed vehicle, they send me the old plate with a registration of cape town with a expired disc, Im working in MP and I stay in FS, im traveling a lot and I'm getting stopped by traffic officers everytime. The issue was reported to thier office and they told me they will make a follow up. Now it's November the 12th and still I haven't heard anything from them. When I call my calls are not answered and I'm paying R9000 for rental without any issues.. Im even planning to dispute the debit order coz they not interested in assisting me and they have belittle me. I regret the time I called them for a car... And since they know most of us who approach them we are desperate that's why they treat us like ****. I'm praying to have a deposit and get a new company that will take me serious. A worse company experience

I am so disappointed in We Rent Cars SA, first when they gave me the car end of last year it was making a sound on the engine belt and I complained but they kept on tightening the belt about 3 times instead of replacing the belt. Also I got stuck late at night far away from home with a puncture and I could not change the Tyre because the spare wheel the car came with is a size 14 and the car uses size 13 tyres so that tell me that the car was not properly checked before it was given to me. The car came without another belt which is for the power steering because all along I was under the impression that the car does not have a power steering. Now that car is at Bosch Rustenburg for repairs under warranty and it has been there for the past 2 weeks & 2 days but it has not been touched because Boch says Grsa who are warranty guys are delaying the process because Bosch wants to strip the engine to find out why is the engine is starting to overheat but Grsa says they not going to pay for the stripping of the engine to find the fault and now I'm stuck, can anyone give me advise on how to terminate this contracts based on the reasons I stated. Car is a Chev Spark Lite 1.0 and I'm paying R5120 per month for 4 years and a half even though first I was told I will be paying that amount fot 4 years only, I mean I am paying so much for a small car but I am not getting my money's worth.
