Great handling of order issue

The service I received from Wrip wraps was excellent. I was initially concerned as I had an issue with the buds when they arrived, but this was collected the same day of my email and a replacement was with me the next day. I can't think of any other company that has taken on a problem like this so quickly and efficiently. The replacement worked perfectly and I'm very happy with the quality. Wouldn't be surprised if these pods were made in the same factory as the original.
