Quality products that deliver on promises
Blown away by the ultra buds from wripwraps. I’ve tried around 6 other generic AirPods and none of them come close to these. They’re the only ones who truly deliver on the claims, especially with audio quality. Yes they might not be perfectly on par with originals, but they’re damn close. Have since bought more. Worth it without a doubt.

Hard to install but wripwraps has your back
Didn’t realise how difficult skins can be to install. Totally ruined mine while trying to install on my iPhone. Thought I’d wasted money and reached out to wripwraps. They replaced the ruined section for free and the replacement was shipped the same day (although because it was a Friday I only received it on Tuesday). Phone looks great now after installing properly!

Great handling of order issue
The service I received from Wrip wraps was excellent. I was initially concerned as I had an issue with the buds when they arrived, but this was collected the same day of my email and a replacement was with me the next day. I can't think of any other company that has taken on a problem like this so quickly and efficiently. The replacement worked perfectly and I'm very happy with the quality. Wouldn't be surprised if these pods were made in the same factory as the original.

Also ordered the three pack deal and whilst delivery was quick, they are horrible. Keep disconnecting from the bluetooth feed and reconnecting with a tone. First time got good response from them with advice to turn off auto ear detect, but changed absolutely nothing, and now not a word, radio silence. Tried the soft and hard rest and nothing changes. Cheap Chinese knockoffs of licensed Apple product.

Poor products, bad service.
Bought a set of earphones that is faulty. Been trying to get ANY feedback from them, but nothing. They were quick to take the money though. Don’t waste your time. Buy from a reputable seller.

Quality service, average response time
A little slow to respond but very happy with the service I received for the replacement of a faulty set of pods. Once the collection was organised it took two days to have everything sorted.
