Seems I got suckered just like the other posts on this company. Good looking functional website but alarms only rang when the tracking number showed it's sent from China. I truly despise companies like Shein and Temu who sidetrack import duties, either through ***** loopholes or worse, the old African way, pay no rent, has no staff, pay little to zero taxes, and probably funds the Chinese Communist Republic more than it does us. Lucky our ZAR's mean very little...
Shocking to say the least. Reserved a room the night before, then had to amend the dates following morning, and Booking.com won't let me change or cancel. When I queried, they said it could be changed with the Partner (Balmoral Hotel). When I called the Partner, they said it can be changed with Booking.com. Now I refuse to ever deal with Booking.com, or Balmoral Hotel, Durban again.

Also ordered the three pack deal and whilst delivery was quick, they are horrible. Keep disconnecting from the bluetooth feed and reconnecting with a tone. First time got good response from them with advice to turn off auto ear detect, but changed absolutely nothing, and now not a word, radio silence. Tried the soft and hard rest and nothing changes. Cheap Chinese knockoffs of licensed Apple product.
Granted, the advertising for their new Pet product is strong, so I headed online to get a ball park rate for my dogs. Saw the price, wasn't interested. Did not stop JP from calling me three times to sell me something I clearly didn't want. So much for the protection of privacy.
Pathetic. I see out of 1600 + reviews, there are 3 r 4 that rate this business. So clearly I'm not alone. Waiting more than a month, endless online checks, emails to request follow ups, finally a 40 minute call that resulted in them telling me they'd invoice incorrectly for Customs, can't change it on their system, so they will send me another invoice? WTAF. How can a business like this still be operational in 2019. Probably not much longer. I'm going back to DCB where at least the service is amazing, even if it costs a little more.
