False Collection Attempts & Unreliable Courier Service – Business Owners Beware

I am sharing this to warn other business owners.

On several occasions, I received SMS notifications that a driver was en route to collect parcels. When contacted, the driver confirmed they were coming, but then went silent and never arrived.

Tracking later showed false updates claiming my address was unreachable or that I could not be contacted — which was completely untrue. I was available, and my phone was on at all times.

This has caused delays, customer dissatisfaction, and financial loss to my business. Customer support responses have been unhelpful, with no clear accountability for driver conduct.

Reliable collections are critical for online sellers. Based on my experience, I strongly advise other businesses to be cautious.
