2checkout and Qiwhost scam

Hello Peter.

This company is a scam. I ordered a webhosting service from this company https://qiwhost.com/ I made the payment using my debt card. I waited up to 6 days waiting them to provide a service but no service was rendered by Qiwhost.

First I wrote an email to Qiwhost asking them about the service I ordered but I never got a reply so then I decided to write to 2checkout.com asking for a refund since they were the payment processor. 2checkout declined my request and told me I should contact Qiwhost. I did explain to them that Qiwhost does not respond to any of my emails but they didn't care instead they insisted there was nothing they could do to help me reverse the funds.

I then went to Qiwhost live chat support they confirmed I would not be refunded I should contact the person who gave me the payment link, payment link was processed through 2checkout.com. Now both companies are mute playing the victim card. 2checkout.com claim that they cannot refund funds payed to Qiwhost. On the other hand Qiwhost claim they provided a service and the matter is sorted but they fail to provide proof. I am not the only victim.

Please help me obtain a refund as I did not utilize any service. I asked 2checout.com how they allow such a scam company to accept payment through them I never got a legitimate response.
