Where do I begin? Sign-up: Like any other the sign up is rather okay, cannot complain too much. This is where things went SOUTH and RAMPANTLY SO. They want the usual: ID, Business documents, banking and so forth. . . Fair enough. . . What sent my alarm bells bananas was their request for . . . MY SUPPLIERS. Now fair enough I understand South Africa has been GREYLISTED, that means more hoops to jump through, but as a dropshipper this is NO GO TERRITORY. I do thorough research into EVERY company I look at as a supplier and I have found a couple good ones. NO ONE has the right to just demand I hand over my research- I have done nothing ******* thus as a business practice this is HIGHLY *********. WONDER WHAT WE WILL UNCOVER WHEN We LIFT YOUR HOOD> now as for the application-they rejected me. . . and as to why- they don't have to tell me . . .

Would not recommend using this company
Poor communication, It's like you are corresponding with a robot. I am desperately trying to get my website up and running to sell products. Im paying for something i can not use. 2checkout is hampering my business. I send the required documents and all they send back is a list of the same documents required. This has been going on for quite some time now. I would not suggest dealing with this company.

2checkout and Qiwhost scam
Hello Peter. This company is a scam. I ordered a webhosting service from this company https://qiwhost.com/ I made the payment using my debt card. I waited up to 6 days waiting them to provide a service but no service was rendered by Qiwhost. First I wrote an email to Qiwhost asking them about the service I ordered but I never got a reply so then I decided to write to 2checkout.com asking for a refund since they were the payment processor. 2checkout declined my request and told me I should contact Qiwhost. I did explain to them that Qiwhost does not respond to any of my emails but they didn't care instead they insisted there was nothing they could do to help me reverse the funds. I then went to Qiwhost live chat support they confirmed I would not be refunded I should contact the person who gave me the payment link, payment link was processed through 2checkout.com. Now both companies are mute playing the victim card. 2checkout.com claim that they cannot refund funds payed to Qiwhost. On the other hand Qiwhost claim they provided a service and the matter is sorted but they fail to provide proof. I am not the only victim. Please help me obtain a refund as I did not utilize any service. I asked 2checout.com how they allow such a scam company to accept payment through them I never got a legitimate response. Your assistance will be gladly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

AVOID THEM WHAT EVER YOU DO!
In todays business environment you want a payment provider that is a partner and backbone of your e-commerce business. My experience of 2Connect has been one of disgust. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! There is no customer service, they mislead you on the initial sign-up criteria and they dictate your website terms. I have complained numerous times to them and all they do is saying they are under pressure. I changed to PayFast which approved my merchant code in 48 hours. Now that is service and a business partner! Avoid them at all costs if you can!! Its one of the MOST unprofessional companies I have EVER dealt with.

Shocking Service from 2 Checkout.com
I will not recommend using them as they give you the run-around and then decline your application. They declined my application on the basis that my submission is not compliant with our 2Checkout Prohibited Product List/Acceptable Use Policy. Yet I removed 12 products from my listing that they requested before reviewing my account profile!!!

I will not recommend using them as they give you the run-around and then decline your application. NO GO FOR SERVICES - CHANGE YOUR NAME TO "PROHIBITED".
Rotten guys, speed up your processes, your vetting, your verification process, for the NOT Prohibited merchant user make the process less frustration, you list of Prohibited services is so long, OPEN YOUR EYES if you want to complete with the BIG DOGS like PAY PAL you need to UP YOUR ACT and see what is going on in the world out there. in today's time everything is about making money and CLIENT SERVICES that you will not even reach a 2 out 20, at least YOU CAN PICK up the phone and PHONE PAY PAL technical any division you need to speak to. 2 check out IS ALL SECRET CAN phone nobody. have to wait for days for someone to give you an answer that could have been done on day 2 of the verification time frame, how long does it take to scan through online application, we are in a world and time of TECHNOLOGY guys, the time of the DOVE is way past. you really need to review your SERVICES you offer to client, or think of WITHDRAWING your services FROM SOUTH AFRICA. good luck on you journey to get WERE PAY PAL are.
