Made a HUGE mistake joining Axxess. There is NO after-sales service. A useless ticketing system is employed that does not even escalate open tickets. I have even laid a formal complaint. It falls on deaf ears. Waiting for my 3 months to end before I move to a different provider.
Each week Supersonic tries to illegally institute a debit order against my account requesting between R350 and R10 000. I am not even a Supersonic client. Read their ratings everywhere. Complete meltdown in management and leadership
CAS-879388-D6F5Z1 I gave 30 days notice to cancel our service with Supersonic. Last night the service was just cancelled 30 days before it should have been. I called the call centre 3 times and the lines are bad, agents are SO rude and each of them promises to reconnect the line. It still not reconnected. I complained on Facebook and received the above reference nr, just with your case has been escalated. I e-mailed their support addresses stated on their website just to get a email back stating this email address is unsupported. Judging by the whole support structure and the attitude of the staff, clearly there is a HUGE morale issue at Supersonic. So in short, if you want service ..... STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!
I submitted my first claim to Naked for a cracked windscreen. It was approved in 2 hours. Its been 7 days that I am being sent from pillar to post by a no communicating lying 3rd party windscreen installer as well as Naked insurance that also sends me from pilaar to post. Get a broker and save yourself grey hair as I don't want to know what the service will be like when I have a serious claim.
In todays business environment you want a payment provider that is a partner and backbone of your e-commerce business. My experience of 2Connect has been one of disgust. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! There is no customer service, they mislead you on the initial sign-up criteria and they dictate your website terms. I have complained numerous times to them and all they do is saying they are under pressure. I changed to PayFast which approved my merchant code in 48 hours. Now that is service and a business partner! Avoid them at all costs if you can!! Its one of the MOST unprofessional companies I have EVER dealt with.
This is my experience so far with Screamer. Its now day 5 without usable internet or after sales service!! We joined Screamer about a year and a half ago and it was great. As time went past and more people joined the service deteriorated. Every weekend when you need internet the most it is down or the quality is useless. Restarting our router has become a daily task as the service will just drop unexpectedly. I would highly recommend that you do more research and find a stable, reliable internet service provider and rather pay a bit more to ensure quality of service! Update 19 Nov 2019 You can barely stream Netflix, Youtube or anything alike as the service is severely throttled and pixelated although promising a 1:1 ratio, unshaped and not throttled. Mails to support are just left unanswered. Once again, you pay for what you get..... They are not called screamer for nothing as you will scream of frustration and even need to scream to get any service! Update January 2020 My levels of frustration is at the point where I can't wait to leave them when my contract runs out in 3 months time. There is not a week that goes past that I have to complain about bad Internet quality or the service is down. Its now 3 days where we basically don't have internet with extremely slow speeds. There is also no feedback from their service department! I have worked with many ISP's and this one is one of the worst in terms of quality of service. There are many better ISP's out there. Do your homework as I will not recommend Screamer to my worst enemy!
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company especially the KZN team. The rep Melanie tried to "upgrade" our "expired" contracts on October 2018. After speaking to her manager Wade they could not match our offer from Toshiba and we requested the contract to be ended. When we heard it was "renewed" we immediately queried this with Tatum-leigh who did not even get back to me. Fast forward to August 2019 and being pestered by Adelaine to pay for an expired contract that suddenly renewed itself and Marlinie that did not even get back to me, we are not even one step further in resolving this matter. Stay away from them and read the fine print which is against the CPA in any case.
Since 23 July 2018 I have tried to close my credit card account. Mail after mail after phone call I get promised it will be closed. Friday 3 August 2018 the latest. Its Wednesday 8 Aug 2018 and its still not closed. Incompetence in its pure definition. Discover Bank coming soon. You will be stupid to join the. I think its time to move my vehicle insurance from them as well. The whole company is rotten to the core, yet you pay the highest administration costs and banking fees to them.
