AVOID THEM WHAT EVER YOU DO!

In todays business environment you want a payment provider that is a partner and backbone of your e-commerce business. My experience of 2Connect has been one of disgust.

I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! There is no customer service, they mislead you on the initial sign-up criteria and they dictate your website terms. I have complained numerous times to them and all they do is saying they are under pressure. I changed to PayFast which approved my merchant code in 48 hours. Now that is service and a business partner!

Avoid them at all costs if you can!! Its one of the MOST unprofessional companies I have EVER dealt with.
