Poor Service
Serious poor service issues, with failure to supply ordered products and /or return funds as per their company policy. Product in question is the Splash Drone 3+ battery. 8 weeks have passed and no delivery or refund, after numerous emails to Jean van Wyk. This should be a 3 to 5 day event. Clearly, they had no intention of supplying the product as advertised on their website, it was merely a ploy to accept payment then apply stalling tactics. I have finally given up as the battery is only worth R2500 and am grateful that it was not a complete Splash Drone or an expensive Flir product. The local Splash Drone agent should be concerned with this distributor actions.

Jean van Wyk of Elotshop has since made contact and explained the issues surrounding my order and I appreciate his honesty in this regard. At times resolutions to issues take longer than is expected, but as long as they are resolved, that is what counts. The situation has been resolved, thank you Jean.
