0 stars. This is a ****. Please avoid. The bank cannot refund your money. Professional **** artists who have no remorse for their actions. He has an instagram account, WhatsApp, and webpage. He is not legit. Please contact me should you wish to collectively communicate about this issue. He is now also targeting international tourists. Watch out.

HarteesBallooning and FlyingWithMartin payment method is a ****
Thanks to the Hellopeter I didn’t fall victim to this ****. I saw a post in Instagram that leads to a WhatsApp number and a guy sent me a voicenote explaining the deal. They claim that limited deals remain and send a code which is valid only for 15 minutes. What raised my alarm is that they send you a link depending on which bank you use to pay via a “cardless cash withdrawal” when I was busy with making payment my bank rules explicitly say not to share the OTP or voucher with anyone but the service provider expected me to send them the voucher on this 15 minutes expiring code. I then stopped the transaction and going only 1 star reviews here on hello-peter where people didn’t get the service they paid for and I guess the money can’t be traced due to method of payment. I told the guy I had network issues and will contact him the next day. When he made contact the next day I said nothing and was surprised to find he deleted the voice note and instructions of the code from our chat.

This is a ****. I would give this zero stars but it's not an option. The advertised promotion is 1 night accommodation, a picnic basket and a 1 hour hot air balloon tour discounted from R7000 to R3000 per couple. They advertise on instagram under the following names: Fly high hartees, www.flywithmartin.com, Hartees balloon tour, flying hot balloons. You are directed to a WhatsApp business number where Patrick/Martin rudely speaks to you and tries to pressurise you to make payment urgently as bookings are being taken up very quickly. The payment method is a big red flag as you are asked to send the funds to your own cellphone number and then send voucher number to Patrick/Martin. If they do not receive payment confirmation they defame and verbally abuse you with vulgar,explicit, profane language. Stay away - this isn't even a well thought out ****

I booked a hot air balloon ride and one night free accommodation for R3000 paid it on the 12th jan i was whatsapp with a man named Patrick and than he didnt send a confirmation. And told me i owe still R500 for safety packs and tham blocked me on everything instagram , whatsapp , phome calls , iv gone to the police and made a case and told the bank to do a investigation. If this company reads this i cant believe you take advantage of good people I had a mental breakdown.
