The WhatsApp line is not attended to. Due diligence to verify debt is not done on cases handed over to them by their clients. (Need to have a verification of debt with their clients prior to contacting individuals as this has affected my quality of life). Service is slow towards the affected party.
Delivery slots on the app are by the hour vs they claim on their end it’s in 30 minutes interval. My order was too early in relation to the time slot I asked for and added on delivery note and this is the second time in two weeks with the same incident. In my area the last delivery changes between 18h00 and 19h00 and today it stopped at 18h00 so my reorder was too late as I first needed to wait for the delivery to get back to the store. Overall checkers 60 delivery man can be very rude. Most are nice but there is a lot of incidents where they shout at me like it’s a favour and not a service I have paid for. The call centre wasn’t too helpful as they spent too long to excuse the driver behaviour in relation to my request. Checkers 60 will deliver after hours on weekends but during the week when I want the delay to serve me they want to meet the 60 minutes delivery even if it’s before my selected time slot.
The reservation team is friendly and patient to assist with availability queries for dream holidays. Olona is funny and always make me feel at ease when she gives me recommendations of destinations I’d like. The whole team is professional and promptly gives assistance. Thank you making my dream holidays come true.
At first I didn’t think this recruitment company was legit based on them reaching out to apply for jobs on my behalf and then never hearing for them until they are applying for my next job so the lack of being shortlisted was a concern and I worried about my personal information that I shared. Menina contacted me about a post which will be an promotion from my current role and as usual I didn’t think much would come from it but this time around I was shortlisted and met with my prospective employer. Menina shared all details relating to the role; responsibilities and competencies expected. The interview went well and I await further communication on the outcome.
Beekman group has excellent service. The team is always so friendly and prompt in the response to take care of all my booking needs. Olona and Schrudy stand out for me as they do follow ups and keep me posted in progress and any changes that affect my bookings. The whole team is a marvel and always in a friendly space. Olona is funny and really puts me at ease that my reservations will be booked hustle free. I really love this team.
Thanks to the Hellopeter I didn’t fall victim to this ****. I saw a post in Instagram that leads to a WhatsApp number and a guy sent me a voicenote explaining the deal. They claim that limited deals remain and send a code which is valid only for 15 minutes. What raised my alarm is that they send you a link depending on which bank you use to pay via a “cardless cash withdrawal” when I was busy with making payment my bank rules explicitly say not to share the OTP or voucher with anyone but the service provider expected me to send them the voucher on this 15 minutes expiring code. I then stopped the transaction and going only 1 star reviews here on hello-peter where people didn’t get the service they paid for and I guess the money can’t be traced due to method of payment. I told the guy I had network issues and will contact him the next day. When he made contact the next day I said nothing and was surprised to find he deleted the voice note and instructions of the code from our chat.
I have been part of the belong club since inception in November 2020 and the service is extremely good. Hikes occur as schedule and an intimate space for female hikers is created by this company. Great value for money on the subscription which is the most consistent hiking business in the country.
My grandfather passed away in Jan 2021 and I submitted a claim for my grandmother (his widow) in February 2021. Initial the long process had confirmed payout will be done in July 2021. But that didnt happen and when I made a follow up I was told there is an investigation between alex Forbes and Old Mutual. In May 2022 I escalated this to the Alex Forbes complaints department and at some point in September I believed they are close to a resolution for me. Howver the feedback has remained the same 6 weeks later that they are waiting for Old Mutual feedback. The consultant dealing with my claim from the complaints department does update me every 10 to 14 days that Old Mutual hasn't responded. This claim is 1year 9 months old now and it doesn't feel it will be resolved this year at this progress.
9 months later after I submitted my claim on 15 January 2022 I still have not received feedback on a supposed investigation for my claim. FNB also not assisting with their business partner product. If it can not be resolved I'd like all my premiums back.
