A FEW SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE USER EXPERIENCE AND LOADING SPEED.
This message is directly to the Developer of the Website. This is a great resource indeed however as a first time user I was met with a few frustrating issues. One such issue was the slow loading speed on the website on mobile. I had to wait for 5seconds or more on some instances which is unacceptably long. Another issue was the constant crashing of the interface while adding content. This is the worst because it kept forcing me to redo all entries time and time again. I could go own about the glitches but in short, you might need to work on loading speed issues and some basic UX design in the interface for ease of use. As much as I appreciate the service offered, the website was not the most intuitive and that sowehow took away a lot from an otherwise great experience.

Hotfrog hotfrogs it into South African hearts
I used Hotfrog to find unusual ideas to spoil loved ones. I found real treasures hidden on their site. What I appreciated is the ease with which I could find what I wanted. It has all the details and description plus address of the organisations which interest me. One thing that is lacking is an email address for the companies. When you want to message the companies you have to do via Hotfrog. And I don't like middlemen very much because there's always a catch somewhere. I'll still use their services because the benefits outweigh the lack of the email address.

No stopping my debit order payments
I used the advertising services of Hotfrog.co.za. After a while i canceled my advertising subscription and received an acknowledgement stating " this is to confirm that you will no longer be charged for hotfrog services. However they have twice again debited my account and i had to use the services of my bank to recover those payments. I really dont care what there excuse is for unauthorized taking money out of my account but as far as i am concerned it was theft.
