Hunter South Africa is a ****!
If I could give them a negative 100 I would. an absolute ****, I ordered boots for my cousins birthday over a month ago, when I emailed the customer service email provided I responded to late and in poor English, the person later gave me a **** tracking number and when I inquired more he/she then said my package had been lost in transit and that they will refund me 40% because in their words "they are also running a business and made a loss so I must accept the 40% or nothing"! Absolutely disgusting! even the customer service email for this site is ****!!!

www.hunterboots.com what a pathetic site and service.I cannot believe that they think that they have the right to tell me I cannot change or cancel an order that I just placed. Placed an order,realised I made a mistake straight away as they sent through the email and contacted them to change the order.I was told I cannot change my order.So I said okay let me cancel the order then so I can order the correct item.Then Im told I cannot cancel an order?!Surely this is my right as a consumer?!The item hasnt even shipped as I just placed the order.Their excuse is the order has gone through to the warehouse?!So what do you have a customer service for if you cannot assist your customer.You want to tell me your warehouse and offices are unable to contact each other?What a joke.
