Good Day I tried to complain about my order last night on the app but there is no option on the app for it. I mailed and no way to complain about my food. What a disappointment. I ordered the exact same last weekend and it was amazing. Last night I ordered extra cheese and sauce. The pizza was TERRIBLE. No extra sauce and definitely even less cheese than last week, last week did not even order extra cheese. The pizza was ice cold and this was not the drivers fault because the cheese was not even melted properly.
I am so disgusted and frustrated with Vitality and Comair. Worst service ever. I have been struggling since 13 Feb to get my refund for my flight ticket that was cancelled due to Covid. 18 days ago I spent 4 hours on the phone AGAIN with Vitality and they promised I will have my refund within 48 hours and it was logged and will be resolved. To date - ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDBACK
I have been struggling more than 6 weeks now to get my voucher / refund for a ticket purchased just before Covid struck. I have had LONG phone calls where I was assured every time I will receive my voucher within 7-10 working days. To date - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This has once again delayed my plans and now dates and plane prices have changed. Fed Up with their customer service.
Service is terrible Hunter Boots South Africa. Ordered boots online 2 pairs more that 2 weeks ago, still no response on any of my emails or any communication for delivery.
Absolutely disgusted with the service of this company. We had family here from the USA. Booked for the 16th, but due to stormy weather we decided it is not safe. We called numerous times for a refund prior to our trip, when we get told to email. Sent numerous emails which just not went through to them. Eventually today the mail gets through to them and they will not refund us. My family returned to the USA and I waisted R1400. I will never support them in future again. Beware because even stormy weather does not allow them to refund you!

Cell C You have just HIGHLY P*ssed off a longer than 10 year loyal client. I have been in and out Cell C stores for the past 4 months wanting to upgrade..... They always checked my account and NO ONE EVER told me that my account has been BLOCKED and I cannot upgrade as my bank details are wrong... I HAVE MADE AN ARRANGEMENT OVER AN YEAR AGO THAT I EFT EVERY MONTH AND NEVER HAVE I EVER MISSED A PAYMENT!!!!!! NOW MY CREDIT STATUS HAS BEEN AFFECTED AND I CANNOT UPGRADE NOW..... WHAT BULL IS THIS!!!! If this is not sorted out TODAY and I can upgrade, I will CANCEL all my cell c accounts!!!!
Nando's Paarl - Pathetic After a previous situation with Nando's Paarl, I decided to go support them again ...... Well now..... I will drive to a neighbouring town to their Nando's Ordered: Chicken wrap with extra mayo, Peritato side and a iced drink. Slip showed my exact order - waited in the drive through 30 min and only 1 car in front of me. Eventually got my order, I asked is there EXTRA mayo on my wrap (it already gets a little mayo) they daid yes. I looked because no "special order"sticker was on. To my surprise -NO MAYO AT ALL on my wrap. gave the open wrap back and asked for mayo please as per my slip, the lady got ****ed off, said a few words in her language and I got my open wrap, exactly how I gave it to her ....... WITH THE WHOLE POT Of MAYO STASHED ON TOP
What an ongoing battle to close my account.... Worst customer service. Paid the settlement more than 2 weeks ago and still no response from them as to the closure of my account!!!! What a disgrace!!!!
