www.hunterboots.com what a pathetic site and service.I cannot believe that they think that they have the right to tell me I cannot change or cancel an order that I just placed.

Placed an order,realised I made a mistake straight away as they sent through the email and contacted them to change the order.I was told I cannot change my order.So I said okay let me cancel the order then so I can order the correct item.Then Im told I cannot cancel an order?!Surely this is my right as a consumer?!The item hasnt even shipped as I just placed the order.Their excuse is the order has gone through to the warehouse?!So what do you have a customer service for if you cannot assist your customer.You want to tell me your warehouse and offices are unable to contact each other?What a joke.
