If I could give them a negative 100 I would. an absolute ****, I ordered boots for my cousins birthday over a month ago, when I emailed the customer service email provided I responded to late and in poor English, the person later gave me a **** tracking number and when I inquired more he/she then said my package had been lost in transit and that they will refund me 40% because in their words "they are also running a business and made a loss so I must accept the 40% or nothing"! Absolutely disgusting! even the customer service email for this site is ****!!!
