Great service

Excellent service from Iconix - particularly Megan, Astrid and Dean. Placed an order that was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the product had a defect. After calling and speaking to Dean, a replacement was sent a couple of days later and the defective one collected. Sadly, after all that I needed to return the replacement as it did not fit! The collection of this item - as well as the refund - was arranged swiftly by Megan and Astrid. Excellent service and communication about the whole process throughout! Thanks guys!
