Great quality Luggage protectors
I ordered two luggage/ suitcase protectors from them. The quality is great. Thick material. And the prints are amazing. I love my purchase and would recommend them to anyone. Especially for those individuals that travel a lot.

Great quality Luggage protectors

Iconix Swimwear and Customer care is the BEST
Amazing customer care from Megan Welcome at Iconix. Ordered and paid for an Iconix swimsuit through a third party shopping portal. Unfortunately the portal said they have a non-refundable policy on the suit. I contacted Iconic customer care to exchange, and was assisted by the lovely Megan who organised everything. I love my swimsuit and can now happily spread the word that Iconix is iconic!

Iconix Swimwear and Customer care is the BEST
Amazing customer care from Megan Welcome at Iconix. Ordered and paid for an Iconix swimsuit through a third party shopping portal. Unfortunately the portal said they have a non-refundable policy on the suit. I contacted Iconic customer care to exchange, and was assisted by the lovely Megan who organised everything. I love my swimsuit and can now happily spread the word that Iconix is iconic!

Pleasantly surprised at the service received - to be honest I wasn't expecting much and I had my doubts about the item purchased after reading international reviews on a similar product so much so I nearly cancelled the order. Ordered Sun 27th, by Wed 2nd Mar I received my goods from Cpt. Well done & keep this up for this is a winning recipe. I saw so many fantastic reviews on g o o g l e . I ordered from Loot & even Snatcher but my experience was bad.

Bad service
I ordered a 2 piece swimwear set. Only the top was delivered. I let them know immediately. I was told they dont have stock. I asked for a refund. I still haven't received my refund. Just excuses

Bad service

I purchased two dinosaur onesies and a booster seat/feeding chair from Iconix and I am completely happy with the feeding chair. I've had it for 9 months. The one dinosaur onesie had two tears in it and I emailed them to tell them about it and they immediately sent me a knew one a replacement. Then a month later the other onesies zip broke so I emailed them and they gave me a R250 voucher. Their customer service is really good.

Excellent service from Iconix - particularly Megan, Astrid and Dean. Placed an order that was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the product had a defect. After calling and speaking to Dean, a replacement was sent a couple of days later and the defective one collected. Sadly, after all that I needed to return the replacement as it did not fit! The collection of this item - as well as the refund - was arranged swiftly by Megan and Astrid. Excellent service and communication about the whole process throughout! Thanks guys!

BEST SERVICE FROM AN ONLINE SHOP EVER !!!
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !!! Had an issue with the online shop and the Iconix team were amazing !! I submitted a query via their online platform and within in minutes I received a call to let me know they were aware of the issue and were busy sorting it out ! I then received a follow up email and call that I could load my basket which i duly did , paid and received confirmation almost immediately !!! BEST SERVICE FROM AN ONLINE SHOP EVER !!!
