Your credit control department does not know what they doing neither do they know how to allocate payment, you're customer service is non existent, your call center is rude and there is no assistance if you pay by eft, as a client i need to be able to speak to account. Get your color chart right, your customer service sucks, you have a great product but the costomer service is 0%, and then you have to think a hour to not give a answer

The students service is non existent, they sell courses under false pretentses. They unethical, they cant arrange exams and also dont mind selling courses, that they know you cant do the exams in the same province
I ordered a 2 piece swimwear set. Only the top was delivered. I let them know immediately. I was told they dont have stock. I asked for a refund. I still haven't received my refund. Just excuses

I applied for a contract. 30 mins on the phone. A week later they tell me sorry no application was done. No operator to speak to on 083 135. Numerous emails. On the 10 March a lady phoned said I'll phone you back in an hour when the credit check has been done. We'll guess what I'm still waiting. Emails don't get answered is there no more service with mtn
