Have been trying to get documents stamped since October and no response. Worst college. You get no help at all. After a number of emails still nothing. Don't register with them.

My son was registered for the academic year 2024 at Damelin Randburg. Fees were billed for 10 equal installments, beginning April 2024. I made sure I paid an extra amount every month so I could finish the contract by end of December 2024, whilst my Debi check standing amount was still going off my account. By end of Jan, I only had a balance of R609.60 but to my shock, the debited the full usual debit order amount. Educor has been owing me R2 695.20 since then and up to now, I have been following up on my refund, but keep being told it is in process. I could not reverse the debit order with FNB at the time of incident, as they told me they could not assist me as the mandate was via Debi check and I must take it up with SP. It is now almost 10 full months of waiting and no courtesy of a response or call from them. I have called & emailed Head Office in Durban over 100 times since Jan 2025 and no refund has come my way. They will not even give details of their complaints procedure, nor will they escalate the query. They keep changing staff every second month and always have to start over, re-send documents and emails but same answer is, they have requested the refund. The staff's attitude is very rude, rotten to the core and they do not care about the inconvenience they put you through. They get ZERO stars from me. Can someone advise on how I can get my money back from this thieving lot?

Trying to get my son's marks and certificates from Damelin Randburg. He started studying in 2021 and completed in 2025. Nobody seems to care or is willing to assist. Their customer care does not respond to emails. The customer care call centre advised me that they will get Tarryn Zank and the Dean Bavna Bothath to assist. These two have also not respond. Disgusting service, where does this leave my son now as he cannot do anything without proof that he has studied

I have been contacting the Educor Damelin for months now trying to get student history information for my self and getting no assistance. I got directed to Tarryn Zank absolutely no response from her then I got directed to her manager Bavna Bothath and she directed me back to Tarryn still no response at all,i have sent 10 e-mails. Customer cair is amazing but they can do only so much.

I registered through one of their institutes , namely Damelin Randburg , they failed to provide me with the service I paid for . I requested a refund from them . I am still waiting for my refund from them for a year now . I would never recommend studying at any one of their institutes to anyone . The turnaround time stipulated on their refund forms is 90 days , what a joke !!!! When you call their head office in Durban ( Educor ) there's always a new person and you can never get a direct answer or commitment from them . How appalling !!!!!

I am still waiting for my refund from them for a year now . I would never recommend studying at any one of their institutes to anyone . I have requested for my refund since July 2022 but to date i haven't received it. I have sent every document required since 2022 but i am told they are waiting for approval, i mean 3 year long wait that's bs. I have a group of new colleagues who are interested to study with damelin like i did but i unfortunately cannot refer them to these ******* institution. Funny enough the amount to be refunded is only R3000 but it takes them over 3 years to pay it back. Sbu 0763251475
