Phenomenal service from Llewellyn Barnard , Platform Specialist, FNB Commercial National Sales and Service ! Llewellyn called as a follow up on an email he had previously sent with instructions on how to navigate the statement changes on FNB OBE . I had not got to it yet so with great enthusiasm and plenty of patience Llewellyn guided me through the process and we got it sorted . I also had a query with regards to downloading CSV statements and they way they were formatted ( I had already tried OBE and Business Helpdesk - no-one could assist and I was bounced between the two )so I took a chance and asked and he knew exactly what I was talking about ! In 2 minutes my issues were sorted ! Thank you Llewellyn !
I was gifted a Pandora bracelet for my birthday on 16th May 2024 and unfortunately my husband had ordered the wrong size . I phoned the customer care line and got hold of the delightful Kaira who guided me step by step on how to log my return , fill in the return form and select the right size . I sent the return back on the 17/05/24 via courier ( from a rural outlying town ) and followed up on 22nd May 2024 and was told that Kaira had my replacement bracelet packaged and ready for courier collection ! I received my bracelet yesterday ! Thank you Kaira and the Pandora team ...exceptional service
I would like to commend Nikiwe Maphosa from FNB business banking on her excellent service . I had more than one issue with OBE and she patiently guided me through each process with confidence and we got it all sorted in that 1 phonecall ! Brilliant !

I called Alexandra, our relationship analyst, in a flat out panic as I was travelling and could not find nor release an urgent payment on FNB app . The turnaround time for my query was phenomenal ! I received a call back from Alexandra to explain the process as well as a step by step guide emailed to me from both Alexandra and Llewellyn Barnard , digital portfolio manager . Crisis averted thanks to Alexandra and Llewellyn .

Our return and refund had been bouncing around the takealot system for over a month until I managed to get Shesene on one of my many calls ! She was polite , efficient and true to her word , she even called me back on her day off to inform me of the progress of my return ! We received the refund today . THANK YOU SHESENE !
I would like to give credit to Malcolm Malatji who assisted in getting my Ebucks voucher debacle sorted out. It was an absolute fiasco spanning 7 days until he was assigned to my query ! He took ownership of the error , even though it wasn't his ,explained the procedure that was going to take place to sort the vouchers out and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process ! It took him less than 24 hours to get my vouchers refunded and then he assisted me through the rebooking process . Thank you Malcolm Malatji for your excellent service
Phenomenal service from Karabo at Liquid Capital ! My vehicle was due for its last service ( 05.12.2022 ) on my plan and somehow the system had terminated the policy so the Kia dealership couldnt pick it up . I called the call centre and immediately got through to Karabo ( this in itself is commendable ! ) who was super efficient . I received a case ref no via sms before I left home and 45 min later, when I arrived at the dealership ,the plan had been reinstated for my vehicle's service ! She also organized for a sales consultant to call so I could renew my service plan
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !!! Had an issue with the online shop and the Iconix team were amazing !! I submitted a query via their online platform and within in minutes I received a call to let me know they were aware of the issue and were busy sorting it out ! I then received a follow up email and call that I could load my basket which i duly did , paid and received confirmation almost immediately !!! BEST SERVICE FROM AN ONLINE SHOP EVER !!!
Tina du Plessis was phenomenal in assisting me with getting finance for my vehicle . It was a last minute decision on myside and she organised the documentation , the right person to deal with at Wesbank , followed up frequently to check on the progress of the application .... My accountant told me these things take time and not to get my hopes up ...Well within 3 days the finance was organised and I took delivery of the vehicle . Hats off to you Tina , you are an asset to your company !
