Disgusted by this and would not recommend this to anyone

Hello we brought my dog from Gauteng to Langebaan Western Cape he was poorly looked after he didn’t get out for three days to pee or poo you could see they either teased my dog or hit the cage but I could see he was not the same dog when I left Johannesburg so I’m really upset by this and also he was hungry and the water was so dirty with his muzzle in it and the water was so disgusting
