Terrible service and treatment of cat
1 is too high a rating for this inept company. Not only did they give a bad service and failed to keep me properly informed, but they CAUSED my old cat to have to be retained in quarantine, as last minute it became apparent they had not done the paperwork needed, and he was in awful condition when I finally got him (no bedding, hungry, sick with snuffles, smelling and soaked in his own urine, etc.) and traumatised. On top of that I incurred a huge amount of unnecessary expenses including vet bills. Do not subject your pet to them.

Excellent service!!!!
Such amazing service!!! Allana and her team took such good care of my cat during our local relocation process. They were professional, understanding and so caring. They were responsive on email prior to collecting my cat and kept me updated on his well-being via a whats app group throughout the time he was in their care. He got to us safe and sound and is settling in well. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone who is taking on the stress of relocation with pets. They made the process so much easier.

Disgusted by this and would not recommend this to anyone
Hello we brought my dog from Gauteng to Langebaan Western Cape he was poorly looked after he didn’t get out for three days to pee or poo you could see they either teased my dog or hit the cage but I could see he was not the same dog when I left Johannesburg so I’m really upset by this and also he was hungry and the water was so dirty with his muzzle in it and the water was so disgusting
