I placed an order online with Plaasmeisie and made payment. I then received an email confirmation on the 27th Nov 2024 @ 9:24am for my order #7881 Total value of the order was R1150 which included shipping. I also emailed them the POP. The email correspondence was used was sales@plaasmeisie.co.za
I then proceeded to send them a whatsapp on their business number 0797602894 on the 2nd December 2024 to find out why no correspondence has been received with no reply.
I sent another message on the 4th Dec 2024, they rep**** to say they will keep me posted. 10 Dec 2024 - I asked for feedback with no reply 17th Dec 2024 - I asked for feedback and Amber rep**** to say the package has been sent out already. But no email or sms was received with confirmation thereof. 30 Dec 2024 - I asked for feedback with no reply 3 Jan 2025 - I asked for feedback and they reply and say they will get back to me. All for them to say it was sent out to someone else. 6 Jan 2025 - I ask again for feedback. They reply to say the shoes will be received in that week. 10 Jan 2025 - I ask for feedback, they reply to say they need to find out as they're still waiting for shoes to arrive. 20 Jan 2025 - I ask for feedback and no reply 22 Jan 2025 - I ask for feedback and no reply 23 Jan 2025 - I ask for feedback and no reply
28 Jan 2025 - I emailed, I asked for feedback with no reply until today!
31 Jan 2025 - I ask for feedback and still no reply to date.
Their service delivery is utterly pathetic, I don't know how they're still trading.
I want a REFUND!!! 😡 I'm sick and tired of waiting for my order. It's unacceptable 😤
