Plaasmeisie is just "vaal"

I ordered my vellies during Dec 2024 and still have not received them (11 March 2025). My messages just go unanswered, as well.. It is like they just disappeared off the face of the earth with my money. It is supposed to be my wedding shoes. I am very, very disappointed.
