I am totally disgusted with the after service form the Sunlit Technologies team.
I purchased a fair amount of goods on 09/11/2020 invoice number 9976 from my supplier Donavan in KZN after receiving the goods there was 2 LED C37 SMART BULBS E27 fauly meaning, when you picked it up there was something shaking inside. therefore it does not work. Ever since I've been sending messages to to Donavan and he kept saying Wayne will get in touch with me.
TODAY IS THE FREAKING 15 FEBRUARY 2021...WHO IS WAYNES MANAGER?? CLEARING BOTH ARE USELESS.
YOUR AFTER SERVICE SUCKS BOTTOM LINE AND IT SHOWS IN YOUR PRODUCT.
