I've been trying for months to get my Xbox controller back after I sent it in for replacement after it broke while 2months old... All I have to show for it is a serial number of a controller under warranty that I have not ever received. Also never heard back from Microsoft so I bought a new controller that is also broken now and I'm afraid to send it in as it also under warranty because they will pick it up with they're courier seabourne logistics and never send anything back
