I've been trying for months to get my Xbox controller back after I sent it in for replacement after it broke while 2months old... All I have to show for it is a serial number of a controller under warranty that I have not ever received. Also never heard back from Microsoft so I bought a new controller that is also broken now and I'm afraid to send it in as it also under warranty because they will pick it up with they're courier seabourne logistics and never send anything back
I have been trying for months to get my warranty issue sorted out I am at the point to give up and sell my Xbox. I sent a faulty controller in to Microsoft with they're courier service seabourne logistics and I never received my replacement device even though on my account the new controller is registered under warranty... I had to buy two new controllers in the meantime with one of them also giving me problems now but I am afraid to send it in because of my previous loss with them... Every time I have tried to get my issue resolved via Microsoft they send me back to seabourne logistics who's support agents never call me back or can never find my order number... I have sent everything to them also and till today never got a call back I am fed up at this point
