Xcross Manufacturers poor workmanship and theft

In 2024 I ordered 10 school rain jackets from Dollie. I returned them because they were manufactured incorrectly with wrong side of fabric on the outside, poor workmanship etc. he promised to re make them, then refund me. And now that I am taking this further he is threatening me with his lawyer for defamation of character. And now refusing to refund me.

I have had two of his clients message me because they were desperate for him to deliver on their orders for their running clubs.
